Return Policy
We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Production time
At Roustank, we operate mainly on a pre-order basis. That means your piece is not mass-produced. It is crafted just for you, in limited quantities and with attention to detail.
Since each item is produced on demand, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared before shipping.
Shipping time (after production)
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped quickly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the package is dispatched.
During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), a slight delay may occur.

Shipping Areas and fees
We currently ship worldwide. If you are outside our usual delivery area, feel free to contact us at: info@roustank.com. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the weight of the items, and the chosen option. They will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
All product prices on our website are listed in euros, including all applicable French taxes(VAT). Shipping fees and any potential custom duties are the responsability of the customer. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and address it.
Exceptions or Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders, personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
